For eTail 2013, SearchDex™ was recently named an eTail Rising Star in Service Technology. This award recognizes service technology providers that are considered to have the leading-edge in value, performance and service excellence – those “unsung heroes” who are helping retailers and brands at large to improve their customer relationship and engagement levels.
Winners were nominated by the eTail Community by providing Worldwide Business Research (WBR) detailed recommendations on the service technology providers that they feel are indispensable to their business, on the cutting edge of next generation service, and/or a small organization that could have a big impact on the retail industry with their creative solutions.
WBR states that the feedback received was fantastic – they received over 100 recommendations from retailers writing 2-3 paragraph long responses on various service technology providers!
